Personal & Professional Experience 

We have been there ourselves and know what it takes. For over ten years, we have worked exclusively with employers dealing with alcohol and drug problems. We have guided thousands of managers, and nearly 500 employees go through one of our treatment programs each year. Our management training programs receive an average rating of 9.2 out of 10.

Responsibility and Opportunity 

As a manager, you have a responsibility to protect the organization from the harmful and often devastating consequences of addiction. But most importantly, as a manager, you have a unique opportunity to contribute to a life-changing transformation for your employee-an opportunity that friends and family usually lack. However, taking action feels extremely difficult.

Eye-Opening Experience

The training consists of about two hours of an engaging mix of theory, real-life examples, and interactive elements. The result is a powerful eye-opening experience; what once seemed almost insurmountable suddenly becomes manageable.

 

  Part 1: Preparatory E-Learning: 20 minutes

 

Part 2: Instructor-Led Training:

  • Define. What does the problem look like, and what can we expect? What are the consequences for the individual, colleagues, and the organization?
  • Identify. In an interactive way, we go through common signs associated with alcohol and drug problems.
  • Act. As a manager, you have a clear responsibility to act, but it is often perceived as difficult. You will learn a method to address your concerns about an employee without knowing the root cause in advance. You no longer have to assume, speculate, or guess-you can act well-prepared and in control.
